The first short intro call is free. Sessions are held in person at my practice in Torquay, Devon, or online, by appointment.
Your session time is held exclusively for you. I operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy: if you need to change or cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full.
I know that can feel firm, and it’s meant kindly. It’s simply out of respect for the other clients who could have used that time, and for the professional work we do together.
